Participation and registration are restricted only to delegations from countries that have received an official invitation.

Registration Instructions
- Delegations are kindly requested to register online by 15 January 2026.
- Each delegation should designate a Primary Point of Contact (POC) during registration.
- The POC should first complete the registration form with their personal details. Upon submission, the POC will receive an email with a link and login credentials to register the remaining members of the delegation.
- Each participating country is invited to nominate a delegation, led by a Minister as Head of Delegation, accompanied by two teacher union leaders and one teaching professional. Additionally, up to two observers may join the delegation.
- Please ensure that all official delegates and observers are registered through the POC using the online form.
- In accordance with the ISTP arrangements, accommodation expenses will be covered, and participation in the discussions will be limited to delegations headed by the Minister and the leader of the union.
- All updates and communications from the organising team will be sent to the POC.
