In accordance with the ISTP arrangements, accommodation expenses will be covered, and participation in the discussions will be limited to delegations headed by the Minister and the leader of the union.

The ISTP 2026 Secretariat will arrange and cover the accommodation for four official delegates for three nights per delegation. A two-way airport transfer will be provided for the Head of Delegation and accompanying members arriving and departing on the same flights.

Delegations are kindly requested to register online by 15 January 2026.

• Each delegation should designate a Primary Point of Contact (POC) during registration.
• The POC should first complete the registration form with their personal details. Upon submission, the POC will receive an email with a link and login credentials to register the remaining members of the delegation.
• Please ensure that all official delegates and observers are registered through the POC using the online form.
• Information can be updated in the registration system as needed. By the registration deadline, all members of the official delegation must be registered.
• Flight details and other logistical information may be amended until 20 February 2026.
  Any changes after this date should be communicated to the ISTP 2026 Secretariat by email at info@istp2026.ee.
• All updates and communications from the organising team will be sent to the POC.
